HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

International shipping takes between 7-12 days, depending where you’re located. A a result of COVID19 there may be some delays in your delivery, which every business is currently experiencing.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES/RETURNS?

We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer service team to receive an exchange authorization and further instructions.

Exceptions: Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, such as 

  • Products purchased on sale i.e. during a promotional sale period or on markdown.
  • Product is returned damaged/faulty.
  • We do not allow exchanges/refunds for a change of mind.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
